Heidelberger Frühling
An international music festival in March and April with classical music in the Stadthalle, the castle and many other historic venues.
The Heidelberger Frühling is one of Germany's most important music festivals. Since 1997, around 100 classical concerts have taken place each March and April in the Stadthalle, the King's Hall of the castle, the Aula of the Old University and other venues.

Old TownGetting to Heidelberg
- Train: Heidelberg main station (ICE/IC stop, about 10 min by tram to the Old Town)
- Car: A5/A656 - the P12 Altstadt-Mitte or P5 Kornmarkt parking garages
- Local transit: trams 5/21/24 or buses 33/34 to the Old Town
- Funicular: from Kornmarkt up to the castle and the Königstuhl
